: The surveys were performed through the member registry of the Finnish Medical Association. The association has permission to send questionnaires to its members if they have not declined this. Responding to the questionnaire was anonymous and participation was voluntary. The data was anonymous when collected and analyzed. Participants gave their consent by voluntarily answering the questionnaire. The anonymous research data did not include any personally identifiable data. Therefore, we complied with national law and did not ask for prior consent to participate in the study (Medical Research Act No. 488/1999: ExternalRef removed, English translation in ExternalRef removed). According to the Finnish legislation, ethics approval is not needed in this type of questionnaire study (Medical Research Act No. 488/1999: ExternalRef removed, English translation in ExternalRef removed). This study was conducted according to national laws, regulations, and the Declaration of Helsinki.
