: The study was submitted to the chairperson of the Ethics Committee for the Swiss Canton of Geneva (CCER—Commission Cantonale de l’Éthique de la Recherche), who reviewed it and declared that it was exempt from a full review by the committee. Participants’ full written informed consent was obtained and they were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time. After completing the second stage of the study, participants were debriefed by the interviewer who explained the true purpose and why it had been necessary to omit a full explanation from the initial description. Any doubts or concerns were clarified and participants were again offered the possibility of withdrawing from the study. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
