: According to Swedish legislation, a formal approval from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority was not required. The project was however presented to the Swedish Ethical Review Authority, who waived ethical approval without objections (no. 2021 − 00570). Ethical requirements, as outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, were followed [CitationRef removed]. Participants were given written study information, and were informed about voluntariness and confidentiality, and provided written informed consent. Data was treated confidentially, and kept pseudonymised. All personal identifiers have been removed in the paper to prevent identification of personnel and their workplaces.
