: The Ethical Review Board (2020.238) were informed about the field studies. Ethics approval was not needed according to the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO).Written informed consent was obtained from all participants and participation was voluntary and based on informed consent. Before the interview, MCD or focus group they received an information letter stating information about the study. This included information in which we emphasized the voluntariness of their participation, their possibility to withdraw from the survey study without giving reasons, and anonymity of the data.
