: The national research ethics committee has confirmed that no ethics review and approval were required for this study in accordance with Lithuanian regulations. The study was exempt from ethics review based on the Lithuanian Law on Ethics of Biomedical Research and the 2020 guidelines established by the Lithuanian Bioethics Committee on Ethical Principles for Conducting Non-Biomedical Research Involving Human Health. Since the study examines the attitudes of the public and experts, it does not meet the criteria for biomedical research as defined in the mentioned documents. The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and the 2020 guidelines issued by the Lithuanian Bioethics Committee on Ethical Principles for Conducting Non-Biomedical Research Involving Human Health.
