: This study was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI). All participants received information about the study’s aims. Written informed consent was obtained prior to participation in both the survey and the interviews. Interviews were recorded with permission, and all data were securely stored and accessible only to the researcher. Anonymity and confidentiality were strictly maintained throughout the research process. Given the sensitivity of the topic, special attention was paid to participants comfort and the voluntary nature of their involvement.
