: The study has been conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The research project was presented to the Research Ethics Board of the Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty Hospital, which decided that for this interview-based investigation without retrieval of personal information or information about the health or sexuality of the participants, no ethics approval was necessary. A written information sheet and oral information were provided to all participants and informed consent was obtained from each interview participant. Interview transcripts were fully anonymised.
