: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital and the Institutional Review Board of St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Reference number: PM23/521). Permission to conduct the study was also obtained from the Ethiopian Pediatric Society.All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to participation.
