Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethics approval was granted from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Health Research Ethics Committee HREC Reference Number: N23/09/114 at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. This study was conducted in adherence to the Declaration of Helsinki. Respondents were emailed the written consent after an initial engagement to inform them about the study. The consent forms were sent before they were scheduled for the MS Teams interview. All the respondents signed a consent form outlining the details of the study before the interview commenced. All the recordings and transcripts were de-identified, assigned identifiers and stored in a password-protected computer.All respondents provided their written informed consent, prior to participation in the study.
