: <b>Patience Ebekeyi Idoga</b>Patience E. Idoga is a PhD candidate in the department of Management information systems at Cyprus International University. Her research interest focuses majorly on the application and usage of modern health technologies as well as harnessing the advantages of cloud computing utilities in healthcare with specific emphasis on the usage of ICT to leverage the gap between urban and remote rural villages in developing countries.Email:<b>Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Toycan</b>Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Toycan received the B.Sc. degree from the Department of Electric and Electronic Engineering, Eastern Mediterranean University, in 2004, and the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications and information systems and the Ph.D. degree in electronics from the University of Essex, Colchester, U.K., in 2005 and 2009, respectively. During the Ph.D. degree, he was a member of the Access Networks Laboratory, Department of Computer and Electronic Systems, University of Essex. He was also involved in the Network of Excellence Project and Building the Future Optical Network Project in Europe, where he was collaborating with groups from other universities to develop efficient and low-cost optical access network architectures. He is currently a full-time Lecturer and the Director of the Communication Technologies Research Center, Cyprus International University. His research interests are in the fields of cost and energy efficient scalable optical access networks for FTTH scenarios featuring wireless communication transmission and implant antenna designs for wireless health monitoring applications. In addition, his Information Systems Research Team is currently working on electronic health solutions for developing countries.Email:<b>Prof. Dr. Halil Nadiri</b>Prof. Dr. Halil Nadiri was born in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 1970. By following his undergraduate and graduate studies in business administration, he proceeded the Ph.D. studies in the areas of marketing and completed in 1998. He was an Assistant Professor in 1999, an Associate Professor in 2005, and a Professor of marketing in 2011. He was the Vice Rector with Eastern Mediterranean University from 2003 to 2007 and from 2009 to 2014. During his tenure with EMU, he was promoted to various positions, such as the Coordinator of research and education with the Rector’s Office and the Director of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. He was the President of the Administrative Board of Atatürk Teacher Training Academy from 2009 to 2013. He was promoted as the Rector of Cyprus International University in 2015. He is currently the President of Cyprus Universities Association. He has more than 50 manuscripts published in international and national journals. He was a member and the president of various administrative boards. He also has presentations done in international and national conferences. According to a study carried out by Webometrics, he has also been ranked among the top 2000 Turkish scholars. He is married and has one child. Email:<b>Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erbug Celebi</b>Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erbug Celebi received the B.Sc. degree in computer science and applied mathematics from Ege University, Turkey, in 1996, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in computer engineering from Dokuz Eylül University, İzmir, Turkey, in 1999 and 2006, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Management Information Systems, Cyprus International University.
