Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was approved by the King’s College London BDM Research Ethics Panel, and was deemed exempt from requiring ethical approvals by the IRB committees of Northeastern University and the University of Texas at Austin. Participants were prompted with an informed consent form at the beginning of the study also outlining that by participating they acknowledge that the data obtained from this study will be used for publication. The form can be accessed on the Github repository. We sought explicit consent, and participants had to click the a specific button to indicate they consented after reading the aforementioned form.
