: Ethical approval was awarded from respective hospitals (Beaumont Hospital Ethics committee – Ref: CitationRef removed/20, Cork University Hospital Clinical Research Ethics Committee – Ref: ECM4 07/02/17, Galway University Hospital Clinical Research Ethics Committee - Ref: CA1221, Mater Misericordia University Hospital Ethics Committee – Ref: CitationRef removed/378/1714, St Vincent University Hospital Ethics Committee – Ref (none given they use title of study), St James Hospital Ethical Committee – Ref: 2017–01, Waterford University Hospital Ethics Committee – Ref: none given they use title of study) to undertake this study and have access to the anonymised patient data. IRB approval was granted from each of the hospital sites that hosted the rapid access clinics. Anonymous data was obtained negating the need for individual patient signed consent as approved by the IRBs.
