The trial is conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki in the current version of Fortaleza, Brazil (2013) and in accordance with the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act. Principles of good clinical practice will be respected. Written informed consent will be signed by patients who are willing to participate in the OVIDIUS trial after they have received and read the trial information. Study participation is voluntary.
