Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The project was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency (16/21313–2111, 16/35609–2263) and followed the ethical standards of the Helsinki Declaration (World Medical Association’s meeting of October 2013). The need for approval was waived by the Regional Committee on Health Research Ethics (jnr. S-20162000-145). According to Danish law, an approval was not required as no biomedical intervention was performed.All patients and clinicians were informed about the procedure and consented verbally to participate. Moreover, the patients consented in writing.
