Ethics approval and consent to participate
: A waiver from the Medical Research Ethics Committee of UMC Utrecht was obtained and filed under reference number WAG/mb/19/033611. It confirmed that the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (in Dutch: WMO) does not apply to the study and that therefore an official approval of this study by the ethics committee was not required under Dutch law. An approval from the quality assurance board of UMC Utrecht was obtained regarding the research protocol, invitation letter, consent forms, research collaboration agreement, and data management plan.
