Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the hospital department for data protection and information security (i.e., Institutional Review Board equivalent) at Oslo University Hospital (20178/9223). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. To guarantee confidentiality, the transcripts were coded with project ID numbers. Only the first author/project administrator (BS) and the senior author/principal investigator (EB) had access to the code connecting the project ID numbers and the actual participant names. Due to the design and development emphasis of the study, the need for study approval was waived by the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics for South East Norway, which is in line with the Norwegian legislation ().
