: This study was approved by the Washington University in St. Louis Institutional Review Board (IRB) (IRB ID# 201902091). All participants received a consent information sheet describing the study details. Consistent with the IRB protocol that included a waiver of documentation of consent, participants were given an overview of the study procedures and then verbally chose to continue with the focus groups but did not sign consent documents. Consent was also documented via email correspondence from each participant confirming their willingness to be included in the study.
