: The current study was a part of a doctorate thesis (research plan code: 951350). The study was conducted in the largest psychiatric hospital and education center in the east of Iran. The hospital EHR had been implemented in the case hospital since ten years ago. Given, human participated in the current study, all methods was conducted based on the ethical standards of the Ethical Committee of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. The ethics committee approved the study (Ethical code: IR.MUMS.fm.REC.1396.242). The registered nurses in the EHR database who worked in the case hospital were invited to participate in the study. The purpose of the study was explained and they were assured that their confidentiality would be maintained. Participation in this study was voluntary, and the participants could withdraw from the study at any time without any penalty. Questionnaires were provided to users who agreed to participate in this study. The written consent was obtained from all participants.
