: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. This study including the consent processes were approved by the Health Research Ethics Board at the University of Manitoba. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects: Focus group participants provided written consent. Participants in the pilot study evaluation were informed that their submitting evaluation survey would be considered their providing consent to participate. Such a manner of obtaining consent (“implied consent”) for survey participants, when their responses are not linked to their identity, is the standard practice approved by the ethics board.
