: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The UK Health Research Authority and National Health Service (NHS) London – Brent Research Ethics Committee approved the study on 14th June 2019 (Ref: 19/LO/1008). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants in the co-design workshops (study phase 1) and alpha testing (study phase 2), which included permission for anonymous quotes to be included in publications. For user-feedback in study phase 3, volunteers from heart support groups provided written informed consent via e-mail and the cardiologists provided informed verbal consent during the online video consultations.
