: Ethical clearance for the study was sought and obtained from the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital Ethical Review Committee with approval number <i>(CCTHERC/EC/2023/091).</i> Permission to carry out the study in the selected facilities was also sought from the respective administrative heads. Written informed consent was obtained from each respondent. This was done without coercion, undue influence or misrepresentation of potential benefits and risk associated with participation in the study. The participants were adequately informed about their right to refuse to participate in the study and to opt out at any time, if they wished to do so. Steps was taken to minimize unnecessary distraction and disruption of work as well as strictly adhering to all Covid-19 protocols. No identifiable personal information such as name, designation or position held by the respondents was collected. Further, in order to ensure anonymity and confidentiality study participants were assigned codes. All the study procedures were carried out in accordance with appropriate guidelines and regulation (Declaration of Helsinki).
