: This study received ethics approval from the Institutional Review Board of the College of Health Sciences, Mekelle University, Ethiopia with reference number ERC 1225/2018. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (2013). Permission was obtained from the district health authorities, and informed consent was obtained from each health facility. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before participation in the research process. The participants were also informed that they could cease participating at any time, for any reason, without negative consequences.
