: This study was approved by the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s Institutional Review Board (IRB #: 2018–4839) as exempt research. The Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s Institutional Review Board has granted an exemption from requiring informed consent due to the retrospective nature of the study. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. This study was also approved by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Patient Registry (CFFPR) Committee. The CFFPR collects information on the health status of people with cystic fibrosis who receive care in Cystic Fibrosis Foundation-accredited care centers and agree to participate in the CFFPR.
