: Data was derived from the OLVG, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The database is de-identified, and approval was granted by the local institutional review board Authorisatie Commissie Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek (ACWO) under reference number 23.020. A clinical trial number is not applicable for this study. Informed consent from all the participants in the study was not deemed as necessary by the ACWO, due to the large number of observations in the dataset. For that same reason, the need for consent to participate was deemed unnecessary by the ACWO. With this, all methods were carried out in accordance with privacy guidelines and regulations. Furthermore, our study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
