: The data used in this study includes a real data set obtained from a public database. Therefore, ethical approval and participation permission are not required. The study mentioned in the acknowledgment section is the source of the data. It is stated that ethical standards were followed in this study and ethical approval was obtained from Sylhet Diabetes Hospital, Sylhet Bangladesh. It is also stated that informed consent was obtained from all participants who participated in the study. The dataset used does not contain any personally identifiable information, and the study was conducted in accordance with research ethics. It was evaluated within the scope of secondary data analysis, which does not require ethics committee approval. The research was conducted in accordance with international ethical standards regarding data privacy and participant rights (COPE guidelines) and personal data protection legislation. All authors approved the submission of the article. The article has not been submitted to another journal for publication.
