: The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Approval Number:2023-3-10-08-08). All participating recruitment sites, including Shuguang Hospital, Yueyang Hospital, and Longhua Hospital, are affiliated hospitals of the university. This centralized IRB approval was subsequently submitted to and formally recognized by each participating hospital, which granted site-specific permission to recruit participants and collect data.
