: This study received approval from the ethics committee at Medical University of Graz under reference number 30–146 ex 17/18 1578–2017. This study strictly followed the guidelines and regulations set by KAGes guaranteeing privacy, confidentiality and responsible use of patients’ data for scientific research and statistical purposes. Patients’ provide informed consent at the point of registration at the hospital. The datasets were anonymised and de-identified prior to the study.
