: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by Medical Ethical Committee of the General Hospital of Northern Theater Command (2024 − 104) and Medical Ethical Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University (2024-188-01). Patients’ written informed consents were obtained during colonoscopy scheduling in the prospective cohorts.
