This retrospective study was approved by the Ethics Committees of Wuxi No.5 People’s Hospital (Approval No.: YXKY-2025-021-01) and Wuxi No.2 People’s Hospital (Approval No.: WXEY-2025-225). Given the retrospective design of the study and the use of anonymized patient data, the requirement to obtain informed consent was waived.

: This study is a retrospective observational study based on anonymized clinical and laboratory data. Given its retrospective design and the use of de-identified data, the requirement for informed consent from participants was waived by the Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) of Wuxi Fifth People’s Hospital and Wuxi Second People’s Hospital, in compliance with national regulations and institutional policies.
