: Delivery and evaluation of this mentoring program were approved by the Ministry of Health and Population of Nepal. Assessments were considered part of the learning experience. Mentees were allowed to opt out of the assessments included in this program and provided their oral consent to participate in the program. Databases recording assessment results were anonymized with access restricted to data analysts and program managers.
