Ethics approval and consent to participate
: In accordance with the Danish law, the study did not need approval from an ethics committee, as the study is not classified as biomedical treatment research. The study is registered at the Danish Data Protection Agency (J.nr. 2015-57-0011) and the data stored according to the agency rules. This research study complies with the Helsinki declaration.
