Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The ethical approval was obtained from International Review committee of Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences/ Dhulikhel Hospital (IRC-KUSMS). The protocol approval number is 29/17. The participants were informed about their voluntary involvement including rights to withdraw during the study and the personal information will be kept confidential.
