: This study and all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations addressed in the Declaration of Helsinki, adopted by the 18th WMA General Assembly, Helsinki, Finland, June 1964. The project also followed local ethical guidelines set by Malmö University, and ethical approval of the study was obtained from the local ethical committee, Ethics Council for Care Sciences (VEN 14–12), located at Lund University. Ethical considerations were observed according to the principles of information anonymity and confidentiality, voluntary participation, obtaining informed written consent, and the explanation of research goals and procedures including publication to the participants.
