: Committee of Ethics in Research at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences approved this study with ethics code IR.SBMU.RETECH.REC.1399.535. To observe the ethical considerations, the research goals and procedures were elucidated to the participants, they were assured of information anonymity and confidentiality, and informed written consent was obtained from each nurse. They participated in the study voluntarily and could leave the study at any stage. Scales were completed through Porsline software (online). At the beginning of the inventory, written informed consent was attached and the participants declared their consent by clicking on “I agree to participate”. The researchers in this study were not working at the same mental health wards. Therefore, there was no conflict of interest.
