: This study was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (No. 2021–04763). All procedures were performed in accordance with the ethical standards set forth in the Declaration of Helsinki [CitationRef removed]. Written information was attached to the invitation e-mails. Furthermore, there was a link in the questionnaire leading to the information. Informed consent was a mandatory question included at the very beginning of the questionnaire. Respondents had to check the box giving consent in order to gain access to the questionnaire. The questionnaires were answered and submitted anonymously online, and responses could not be traced back to the respondents.
