: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Research Committee of Iranshahr University of Medical Sciences with the following code: IR.IRSHUMS.REC.1399.006. Further approvals were also obtained from the medical universities of Zahedan and Zabol cities. Other ethical considerations include voluntary participation in research. Informed consent was obtained from the nursing interns of Zahedan, Iranshahr and Zabol medical universities who were willing to participate in the study. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (Helsinki guidelines). Additionally, because the interviews were conducted anonymously, the information was kept confidential and each participant was assigned a code.
