: Permission for the study were obtained from the managers of included department at the university hospital and from human relations department. Ethical considerations were followed throughout the study, such as information, confidentiality to protect personal aspects, and utilization to improve high quality of health care grounded in ethical guidelines for human and social research. According to Swedish regulation ethical approval is not necessary when conducting quality improvement with health professionals, who performed written informed consent.
