This study has been designed in accordance with the ethical principles for research described by the International Council of Nurses and Declaration of Helsinki, where researchers ensure anonymity, integrity, and participant confidentiality [CitationRef removed, CitationRef removed]. All participants received written and verbal information about the study at the beginning of their introduction and were told that their participation was voluntary and they had the right to leave at any time. Informed consent was obtained from all the participants. The newly employed nurse’s confidentiality was secured, and no personal data was recorded.
