: The study was approved by the Research Ethics Board at the University of British Columbia and Health Authority (Ethics ID: H22-00659). All staff participants gave written informed consent to participate in the focus group discussion and individual interviews. A token of appreciation was provided for each participant, with $50 grocery gift card for each staff champion and $25 grocery gift card for each staff member. All methods were performed in accordance with the University Research Ethics Boards' policies and Health Authority’s regulations.
