: We confirm that all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, all experimental protocols were approved by a named institutional and licensing committee and informed consent was obtained from all subjects and their legal guardian(s). In this retrospective study, we collected the clinical data of seventy patients who were admitted to the postoperative ICU for gastric cancer and received treatment from March 2021 to May 2022 at Pingyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This study was approved by the Clinical Medical Research Ethics Committee of the Pingyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
