: Informed consent was obtained from participants after they were briefed on the purpose, benefits and risks of the study. They were also informed of the fact that there were no monetary benefits in participating in the study. Again, participation was on voluntary basis, hence, participants were told they could withdraw from the study anytime they feel so.
