Ethical approval to conduct this study was obtained from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (Ref. No. MUHAS-REC-2-2020-103). Permission to conduct the study was obtained from the Regional Administrative Secretaries, District Medical Officers, and Health facility Medical in-charges.
