: This study was approved by the Norwegian Social Data Service (project number 396247) and the university responsible for the education program (which provided access to the participants’ email addresses as stored in the university’s data system). According to national regulations, approval from a medical ethical committee to collect this type of data was not necessary. The study was performed in accordance with the ethical principles of the National Committee for Research Ethics in the Social Sciences and the Humanities []. All participants were informed both orally and in writing about the study and that their participation was voluntary, after which informed consent was obtained. All of the data were stored safely on the university’s research server.After receiving approval from the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, the participants were invited by email or phone, and those included ranged in age from 23 to 45 years.
