: This study was approved by the ethics committee of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences (IR.MUMS.NURSE.REC.1398.076) and complied with the Declaration of Helsinki; informed consent has been obtained from the subjects. The study purpose and importance were explained to participants, who met the inclusion criteria, and they signed the written informed consent form. Patients were informed that they are free to leave the study anytime without any effect on their treatment plan should they wished to do so.
