: Ethical clearance letter was obtained from the ethical review board of Arba Minch University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences (reference no: IRB/1211/2022). Permission letters were obtained from the Sidama Region Health Bureau and the respective hospitals. Furthermore, informed consent was obtained from the participants and they were aware of the study’s purpose, risk and benefit. Study participants were clearly informed about their right to withdraw at any stage of the study. Anonymous data were obtained and the confidentiality of participants information was secured.
