In addition, an official letter was submitted from the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Ain Shams University to the medical and nursing directors of Ain Shams University Hospitals to seek their approval for conducting the study and collecting data. The researcher obtained written informed consent from all study subjects. They were assured about maintaining their anonymity and the confidentiality of any collected data.
