: Written informed consent was obtained from both caregivers of children orphaned by HIV/AIDS and nurses prior to the beginning of the interviews. They were given at least 7–14 days to consult and make an informed decision before signing the consent form. After 7–14 days, the researcher met the prospective participants face to face to explain further and for signing of the consent form. Informed consent was acquired from all study participants when conducting this study.
