: An ethics exemption was gained from the Health Service Human Research Ethics Committee, HREC Reference EX/2022/QMS/84673, National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), as the activity was assessed as quality assurance and evaluation activities. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all of the participants in the study at distribution of the survey tool. Survey responses were collected anonymously across all time periods.
