Ethics approval for the project was received from the Bendigo Health Human Research Ethics Committee (LNR/96762/BH-2023-364908; 17 April 2023), the Royal Melbourne Hospital Human Research Ethics Committee (QA2023044, 27 April 2023) and the Western Health Low Risk Ethics Panel (QA2023.17_ 95075; 1 May 2023). Completion of the surveys was taken as implied consent to participate in this component of the study which was approved by all ethics committees.
