: The study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (reference number 425727) in compliance with Norwegian legislation and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In Norway, the ethical approval is divided between the Norwegian centre for research data (data protection) and the Regional Ethical Committees (Medical and Health related research). As this study does not involve human intervention or invasive studies, human biological material or health information, it does not fall under the Norwegian jurisdiction of the Law of medical and health related research.
